Portuguiser: 15% PRODUCTION: Bikavér Eger is the most important blended red wine of our winery, he is the main responsible for him. The production of the Bull's Blood always selects grapes from the best parts of a production area, so the most mature and healthy grapes are used from the Sarkás-tető. VINIFICATION, AGING:
While preserving the value of high quality grapes, the treatment tools used and the Count Buttler wines. Leaving a small manual harvest, a squeeze and a filtration, berry a blue grape, gently shake it, and separate it in the container. Alcoholic fermentation allows the wine to be harvested and aged in high quality oak barrels.
Except for the minimum sulfur, no material can be picked up and fermentation takes place with whole yeast. Harvesting: September 10 - October 12, 2015
Fermentation: in steel tank
Maturation: 24 months, in Hungarian oak barrels, in 1/3 participant new wood. Bottled: 9/1/2017.
