The grapes are harvested for their dry Furmint from their prestigious vineyards in Mád. After the careful selection of fully ripened clusters they follow a gentle method of destemming and pressing. The wine is fermented and matured in Hungarian oak casks for 10 months.
2020 started as an average year. They started the harvest in fine weather, but from the middle of October above average rainfall made the vintage difficult. Salty sea breeze on the nose, gooseberry accompanied by apricot on the palate, with a long, mineral finish.
