Description of the wine:
This sparkling has spent 60 months in the magnum bottle before disgorging, which largely defines its character. The aroma shows brioche, dried figs and elegant red berries. The sip is creamy, with fine bubbles and nice acidity. The notes of the fragrance come back, proving how well pinot noir can be aged as a traditional sparkling wine.
