Chardonnay Barrique

Straw yellow color with golden highlights. It has an intense and complex bouquet characterized by sweet fruits notes like pear, apple and hints of vanilla, cinnamon and ripe figs. On the palate it’s rich and creamy, yet elegant and fresh. During the last days of fermentation the wine is transferred into 500 L oak barrels, where it remains for further 5 months for refinement. The wine undergoes constant battonage operations.
