Our opinion (February of 2018) Egri Bikavérfrom the TOP. Powerful, complex, concentrated wine, with great ageing potential. You can drink now but can keep for years.
Gastronomical suggestion: Excellent with a simple lamb dish, beef cheek or even oxtail pie and complicated wild dishes.
Best serving temperature is 16 °C after at least half an hour of taking the air
