At Wine & Spirit Store you always have a 30-day right of cancellation. The right of withdrawal runs from the day the order is delivered to the customer's custody.

Acceptance of the right of withdrawal and return of the goods only takes place if the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as they were received. If the item is used in a way that significantly reduces the item's sales value, the right of withdrawal expires.

If the right of withdrawal is used, the costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer. Alternatively, you can refuse to accept the item when it is delivered. You must send it back by post or courier to our address:

When you return the item, please include the following information with the package: Order number and your account number to which money can be transferred. When you cancel the purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a transfer to your bank. Once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, we will transfer the amount to the account number sent with it.

Please note – we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Right of complaint

When you buy physical goods at the Wine & Spirit Store, you of course have a 12-month right of complaint if there is a fault with the goods. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The right to complain may be limited by the product's natural shelf life. The product's shelf life date appears on the packaging.

If the item is to be replaced in kroner , please include information about the error, your order number and your account number when the item is returned.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

The complaint must of course be made within a "reasonable time" after the defect or fault has been found. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We reserve the right for out-of-stock items and any errors and typs on the webshop's prices, datas.

 

Return of goods

In connection with the return of goods to the Wine & Spirit Store, according to the new law, you yourself bear the risk of the goods until they are in the hands of the Wine & Spirit Store. If the package goes missing or breaks during transport, you are responsible for the product yourself.

In addition, Wine & Spirit Store has no obligation to reimburse the additional costs associated with, if you as a consumer have chosen a different and more expensive form of delivery than the standard delivery offered by Wine & Spirit Store.

Wine & Spirit Store is also no longer obliged to refund the payment fee from Nets, that you as a consumer have paid in connection with the purchase.

 

Freight rates

The delivery costs are added to the amount for the individual order.

The delivery costs depend on the amount of the order.

The price is DKK 100 if the purchase is under DKK 1500. Orders over DKK 1500 are delivered free of charge. Applies to all of Denmark, but only fixed-bridge islands and Bornholm.

The goods can of course also be collected after agreement at Marskensgade 29, 2100 Copenhagen.

Sometimes the carrier can use an extra day, so the delivery takes 3-5 days.

When delivering to a private address, it is necessary to make a note about where the item can be left in the event that the carrier does not find anyone at home.

Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you and make further arrangements regarding delivery.

1) What personal data does the Wine & Spirit Store process?

  Purchase at the Wine & Spirit Store, we will process the following information about you:

- Your email

– Which newsletters and marketing material you sign up for, as well as whether you open and read this material.

– Your purchase history in the Wine & Spirit Store

– Your address in connection with purchases on the Wine & Spirit Store' webshop

– Your credit card information in connection with any buy at Wine & Spirit Store's webshop

2) What purposes does the Wine & Spirit Store have with the processing of personal data?

Your name, telephone number and email are processed for the purpose of being able to recognize you as a member of the Wine & Spirit Store's customer club, and for us to give you all the benefits that membership entails.

At the same time, we will process your email and telephone number for the purpose of sending you marketing material - of course only if you have signed up for this.

If you have signed up for marketing material as described above, the processing of whether you open and read this material will take place with the aim of being able to improve our communication with you as a user and develop our business areas.

Your purchase history is processed with the aim of being able to calculate and select which extra benefits we can give you as a member, as well as to develop our business areas.

Wine & Spirit Store's legitimate interest is that we can send you the marketing that you have requested to receive.
