Sauska Brut Non-Vintage is the result of more than a decade of experience producing sparkling wines from Tokaj’s volcanic terroir with the Furmint variety. It is the reflection of the Sauska style: fresh, crisp, complex, long and -most importantly- utterly refreshing. Our sparkling wine consultant, and former Chef du Cave of Piper Heidsieck and Rare Champagne houses, Regis Camus, helped us develop the perfect ratio of Furmint, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, reserve wines and dosage to achieve this refreshing style. Tokaj as you have never tasted before. Lovely restraint on the nose, cool, crunchy fruit. Fresh, smooth, and feisty. Elegant, fine and soft mousse.
