Tibor Gál founded his winery in Eger in 1993, and used his outstanding expertise to find the most interesting and promising sites to plant his 40 hectares of grapes around Eger until his tragic death in 2005.
His family maintained the concern, and in 2011 Tibor Gál II took up the reins.
Since then the winery has concentrated on making only three wines, two of which are types from Eger, the legendary Bull's Blood and it's white equivalent, The Star of Eger (Egri Csillag).
Tibor and his team believe in the power of a simple and straightforward message conveyed through creative hard work.
