Selected from mature, 20-year-old stocks harvested from the tuff, brown forest soil area of the old mountain of Eger. In tank and tub, spontaneously fermented, in new and used 500-liter oak barrels for one year. Ripe peppery, spicy, excitingly woody red wine from Eger with a tight tannin structure.
